Terrible fish smelling food. My wife ordered a Ryż smażony z kurczakiem on Monday evening around 8pm in the Westfield Arkadia branch. The order smelled intensely of fish. My wife started vomiting just after taking a bite. I took the order back as it is and complained to the staff. I asked the staff to refund as my wife was not in a position of eating anything else but the staff refused saying it's against their policy. And forced me to order something else from the menu. Even though I had explained to them my wife is vomiting. I had no choice other than to go with the vegetarian option which I handed over to a beggar on street. Is the staff actually in their right senses to force the person vomiting to buy something else but will not give refund. Disgusting. It feels like the woks are not cleaned properly after each order is prepared which is why the food was smelling pathetic. And to add to this staff starts with their cleaning business at 8pm itself not bothering about the orders coming in. Highly irresponsible and insensitive staff. Don't recommend...

I ordered a Pad Thai. The seller at the checkout asked me about which option do I want: słabo ostry (small spicy), średnio ostry (middle spicy), bardzo ostry (very spicy). I asked for a dish with middle spicy option. I got a food which I could not even eat 🥵 I thought that middle spicy means you can at least put it into your mouth. The seller didn’t warn me about extremely spicy spices. To be honest I even have a small burn of my tongue !!! (I have a photo) I think it is absolutely inhumane and ugly to do such stuff for customers. After I tried a dish and understood this all I came to the seller and told her about it. If you order food on site, then there are no problems with the order. But we ordered twice through Glovo delivery. The order stated that we are allergic to garlic and the noodles should not be spicy. The first order came with garlic and Glovo returned the money for the order. Today we ordered noodles again, indicating that they should not be spicy and without garlic. The order was delivered: without garlic, but one portion is not spicy, the other is very spicy with chili pepper. No one is going to compensate us for our dissatisfaction.
