KFC Warszawa Arkadia — Restaurant in Warsaw

My order number just got deleted from the screen rather than to turn to green color. Was the only person waiting in front of the screen for another 5-10 mins not knowing that it's ready. Noone even asked why i'm waiting). Even at the end I had to approach the employees by myself and ask for my order. And answer was: "oh it's here". So basically it was ready since 10 mins ago. As a result I had amazing cold zinger, cold wings and super cold fries. (Update) They still have the same issue and a new one: ordering machine doesn't print the "order number" and monitor doesn't show your order number AGAIN !!! Plus this time, there was an arrogant employee - Karolina(14/02/2022 Evening) who deliberately ignored me when I said I can't speak polish. She didn't even try to find any english speaker who could help me. She just ignored me and kept standing in front of me. Eventually, I had to find someone from kitchen who can speak english. You will get more one stars, if you keep hire these...

Disgusting chicken. I have had kfc from different places, never had a problem or complain but here was the worst one. I mean just look at the chicken. It’s undercooked. Totally I can say it by the panierka outside. It was white. Maybe I was the last one to order on Sunday evening with bucket full of hot wings. Had to watch a movie so I thought of taking kfc and enjoy the movie. As it was dark inside I did not saw how was the chicken cooked. My brother was there too. He told me it was undercooked and had some pieces of chicken and I had too but when I came home and checked it. It really was undercooked. If this is the standard of kfc then I am never having it again. Wether the first customer or the last customer, treat every order equally. I do not recommend on this...

Pathetic experience! We ordered a 4 piece fried chicken and large Fries (the option to build ur own bucket!) The chicken was too salty, and on top of it the fries - they called it large but it was ridiculously small. I even asked and the guy there said it is large.

Without his knowledge i went out an ordered separately again a large fries and then I got it with a larger quantity!

I do not know why but they r poorly trained and really unfriendly. Sorry, no offense and i appreciate that they are probably students (and it is really good to givr students to work snd study) but then KFC should mandate a minimum quality check to ensure that customers are happy at the end of the day!
