The place looks cozy and comfortable. Some of the food was very tasty, well presented and with hight quality products. But the service was terrible, very rude waiters. Expensive prices for too small quantities. One of the Dim Sums I order, that was supposed to have shrimps, codfish and other sea food, didn't taste like sea food at all, the size of the pieces were extremely small and the pasta they were made of was too thick and with an awful taste. This could've been not such a terrible experience as the rest of the food was actually good, but when I politely told the waiter how I felt about my last Dim Sum dish he's reply was and I quote: " This is made out sea food and fish mixture", to which I answered "Exactly that's what I told you, but it doesn't taste like it". After I mentioned about the fact that the pasta was not tasty and too thick, he immediately answered, and I quote again " This is how we do this Dim Sum for everyone". Besides, those answers were given in an unbelievably rude and arrogant way. I just stopped trying to have a conversation with him as that was not possible to achieve. My boyfriend actually give this waiter another chance to maybe ask the manager if they somehow could change this dish our at least offer another option for me to order. Instead, another rude waiter appeared after several minutes of waiting saying that the manager doesn't change any food. My conclusion is that maybe these people were implying that I should change the cells of my tongue to taste their food in a proper way as everyone else seems to eat it like it is.😆 Well, when people are unable of a civilized conversation and improving any type of service, then you don't know a thing about living in society and having a business 🙄🤷 Either way they just lost 2 good customers and probably some more of...

There was 1 staff were taking the order just verbaly, not even take a note to the paper or tablet. And then she give the wrong order to the table and arguing with the customer when we make a complaint, her name was Wiktoria.
