I visited CULTO today specifically to enjoy ramen, but unfortunately, the service left me very disappointed.
When I arrived, I was alone. There was a closed curtain in front of the entrance and a sign instructing customers to wait. That was fine; I was willing to wait.
However, when I asked a waitress if there was a table available, she simply said, "No." Before I could ask any further questions, she told me to "go outside and wait." It was cold and raining, yet I was expected to stand outside like a stray dog, getting wet. Is this the kind of service your restaurant provides?
I then asked if I could book a table and return later. Her response was curt: "No reservations." She then walked away without offering any further assistance.
Meanwhile, I noticed that people were leaving the restaurant and tables were becoming available. Yet, the same waitress made no effort to seat me. Was this because I was dining alone? Are solo diners not treated equally at your restaurant?
Thankfully, another waitress eventually seated me. However, while I was eating, I noticed multiple tables with reservation signs, and the waitstaff continued putting up new reservation signs. This directly contradicted what I was told—that "reservations are not allowed."
The waitress in question, Claudia, completely ruined my experience. I would appreciate it if you could address this issue with her. While her attitude changed and became friendlier after I asked for her name—realizing I might file a complaint—it was too late to salvage the experience.
Please ensure that all your staff provide consistent and high-quality service to every guest, regardless of whether they are dining alone or in a group. Attached are photos of the reservation signs, which contradict the information I was given.
I hope you take this feedback seriously, as my entire visit was unpleasant from...
Read moreI visited this place yesterday in a long time and service got A LOT worse over the years. Don't know what the 4 staff doing at the corner near the entrance were so busily chit-chatting about when they couldn't even give eye contact to a guest who needed something, especially the 2 guys. In fact, I was dreading on making engaged eye contact with either of them because they had this genuinely pissed-off, don't-bother-me look and it appeared (during my entire stay) as if their small talk between each other was more important than dealing with guests whatsoever. I mean even if they weren't working as a waiter (let's say they were bartenders) they could've told the waiter that the guest needed something if they noticed some gesture/need from a guest at a distant table. Anyway, the food was good but nothing wow (you could get similar, if not better quality ramen at many places in Wroclaw) and the overall dining experience was quite disappointing. The only good thing about my visit was the kind brunette lady who served me.
Unsurprisingly, later during the day when I posted an unopinionated photo of your food on my social media, a friend of mine also came to the fore and complained about the poor service she received on her latest visit. So if you're the owner/manager reading this review, you should really do something about customer service at your restaurant if you care about your guests at all.
Reply to your answer: Who said I was ignored at the entrance?😅
Based on the latest service quality, you would be delusional if you genuinely believe that "hospitality is your...
Read moreVery disappointed with our visit. We came after a recommendation from a family member and the menu looked nice. We ended up ordering a double cheeseburger, cheddar fries and the Culto ramen. The burger was dripping with grease, the attached photo is just the napkin it laid on for a wee bit. It's soaked in fat. The patty was also weirdly salty. The cheddar fries were fine, although I'm not sure whatever they put on it was cheddar cheese, it was more like a cheddar cheese spread. The ramen was also very salty, but the broth was okay otherwise. The noodles were undercooked and clumped together, but the biggest shame was the piece of "bacon". It was at least 3/4 pure pork fat. The piece in the photo is not even half of the blubber I got. I love me some pork fat, but I don't expect to be served pretty much just fat when the menu clearly says it's gonna be meat. The staff was nice enough, pretty much what you'd expect.
Overall, skip and go somewhere else, Wroclaw has plenty to offer restaurant-wise. Not worth it. I can also see that whoever replies to the negative reviews here can get pretty cheeky with their dissatisfied customers - that should tell you all you need to...
