Today (28.12.2024) was the worst experience I have ever had. This place has always been one of my favorite spots where I occasionally enjoyed its coffee and delicious pastries. However, today at 11:41 AM, I ordered two large coffees and explicitly requested take-away service twice, but the coffees were served in regular cups instead. Even while taking the order, the staff was extremely disrespectful and lacked basic manners. When I returned the coffees and asked for them to be put in disposable cups, the behavior became even worse.
The most disturbing part was that the coffees were not transferred into disposable cups in front of us but instead taken to the kitchen for the change. This was both strange and highly suspicious. Such rude and disrespectful service completely ruined our day and left us deeply disappointed. We ended up throwing the coffees away without drinking them.
This behavior from the staff is absolutely unacceptable. I will be sending a detailed email with all the necessary information to ensure appropriate...
Read more8:45am, came in to have a little breakfast. Three people ordering before me, 5-7 behind me waiting to order as well, one person behind the bar, second processing online orders, not helping her. The girl behind the bar was very nice and it was clear that she was doing her best in the situation. Went online to see that the status in the Cafe is „less busy then usual”… had to stand almost 15 min just to make an order, and wait there, by the bar, to let the barista finish making my order, and then I could pay. Lots of space and free seats, coffee (large americano) was not good - tasted like from a „regular” coffee machine (with cheap coffee beans). The sandwich with salami “heated up”, but just to a room temperature, was very tasty, liked the baguette and the combination of ingredients in it. Overall, good service but way to few people working in the morning, sandwich great, coffee not. I may consider going back, but if so, for a...
Read moreVery interesting concept of Caffe Nero franchise, at least for me, because before I've tried different Caffe Nero shops around London and UK but never abroad. So, this one was slightly different as I could guess based on the name. The interior, the menu, the equipment and policies are the same basically, but the 'Green' prefix stands for the tea selection offered by this shop which is actually brilliant. The tea is stored in stylish glass bottles on top of the bar so you can see them, and probably even try to smell them gently if it's hard to decide which one to take. It's not instant or bagged but just purely natural one and it's a big advantage of it. If you haven't tried a Green Caffe Nero before, I suggest to start with a tea selection and Zou...
