Portuel Kosher Food Store — Local services in Lisbon

Small kosher market a bit outside the center of Lisbon. I stopped in and found a nice selection of packaged products, many Israeli, as well as some wine and a small selection of meat and cheeses. There were some cold cuts and a few packaged salads. Most of these items seemed to be from Italy and France. There was also a good amount of frozen raw meat and chicken. As expected, the prices were not cheap, but nice to have an option for a few kosher products where there is not much else. The Israeli owner was very friendly and I had a nice chat with him. Excellent place for kosher products!!! Only place to go in Lisbon. Owner was awesome and accommodated us with challah delivery for Shabbat to the hotel! No need to schlep anything from home he has many kosher products...

C’est le seul magasin entièrement casher de Lisbonne mais ce n’est pas pour autant que la qualité n’est pas au rendez-vous. Il y a un large choix de produits (vin, gâteaux, viande, pâtes, boissons, surgelés) majoritairement importés de France mais ce magasin permet de passer un bon séjour à Lisbonne en respectant la casherout. On peut même commander des sandwichs à emporter. De plus, le vendeur est très accueillant et il n’hésite pas à offrir des petits paquets de nourriture de temps en temps.
