Stayed for 4 days in Nov/2024. I travel a lot and stay at all sorts of hotels, motels, n airbnbs. From the fine Hyatt in Yokohama to a scary Budget 8 motel in San Diego. This little hotel impressed me in a few ways. The #1 was their pride and work ethics. The workers at the buffet was amazing. I was always the first to arrive and got to watch their preparations. Gold stars for these two employees because i have come across too many zombies that put the minimal effort into their work. #2 this little breakfast buffet is the best one that i have ever come across from a small hotel. The food served is made fresh every day and Halal. I was told at the end of the day all employees get to eat and the leftovers are taken to a charity. I applaud the owners for doing this. I got to meet the hotel manager and his brother because i also watched them both be hands on in every way in that buffet area. I am OCD so details matter to me. Finding out that i was sick they served me wonderful chicken soup with hot chili sauce for free! Who does that??? They did!!! Thank you because i really needed it. So when i choose a hotel i try to choose a newly built hotel. The rooms were basic and clean with good pillows. My fav was the showers water pressure it was amazing. I paid up for the larger rooms. Now room sizes in Europe compared to America are complete opposites. I feel for the amount i paid and what i got was a good value. New beats out old and worn. Only negatives was lack of a towel bar so please add more hooks to the walls and location is a bit off the tourist area. But a 10 min walk North to the supermarket and you will be in a busy local area without high tourist prices. We felt safe walking and there is a huge park nearby with the hop on hop off bus stops. The hotel offers laundry service but there is a laundrymat right across the street. The ladies working the front desk were always friendly and helpful. Gold stars for them =) My friends and i really enjoyed our stay. Their favorites were the fresh juices, hot vegetables, and the Portuguese Egg Tarts. For Christmas i will ask Santa for that giant jar of Nutello lol. We all said that we would be happy to stay again.

I found this hotel sorta last minute, think I’m pretty lucky as it’s pretty busy during my stay. I’ve booked the smallest room I believe, so the bathroom is quite tiny but not really a big deal for me. The size of the room itself is decent, enough space for a luggage, place to hang your clothes. Not to mention a free minbar and tea/coffee. Breakfast is included and there’re quite a lot of varieties for everyone. Just a small suggestion to have soy/almond milk on display. I did ask for it for my cereal and it’s promptly provided by the staff. Restaurant is quite small and tend to get full from 0900 to 1000, so I avoided having breakfast during this period of time. The staff are all really friendly and helpful, especially Alfonso (hope I get his name right) who noticed that I’m vegetarian and helped me to locate my Bolt driver. In the lobby, there’s always water and apple available and Nata or pastry in the afternoon. I’m impressed with these little touch. So couldn’t recommend this hotel enough, it’s new, clean, well maintained, in a convenient location, thank you!

I cannot agree that the hotel is new. My room 303 has lots of old spots. Shower with a broken fixation, rusty, clogged. I can definitely sense a lavatory smell in a room. Window view is on city backyard, nothing spectacular. There was a bidet shower once, but they took it off ( see photo) Not soundproof. It is 11 pm and I can hear so well that my neighbors have their shower. I was tired and it was annoying to hear lots of noise from corridors as well. Dust in the vent was never cleaned. Dirty marks and scratches on the walls and furniture. I cannot say anything about breakfast, hadn't tried. Bed seems comfy, but I got spine pain after 4th night ( may be it not fits to me personally, never happened before). Price for night (190$) close to one in a 5 stars "The Lodge" in Porto, but everything is much cheaper. 100$ would be more fair. It would be good for you to check the room before you agree on staying, and ask to clean any dirty spot you'll find.

I stayed at this location for three nights, and it was a lovely stay.

Their service was top-notch. My request for a late check-out was kindly accommodated. I was offered assistance with calling a taxi on check-out, and luggage storage was offered and provided. I found the speed of assistance during check-in and check-out, with luggage storage, etc. very quick and always pleasant. My waits were never very long, and there was space throughout the lobby area to rest if there was a wait, as well as easily accessible bathrooms located on the floor. It was convenient to meet up with my local friends in the mornings.

The room was not big, but there was plenty of space available for my purposes and just right. A/C worked well and kept perfect temperatures. A very top highlight was they provided two bottles of water, as well as snacks for no additional costs. I got two packs of nuts and two packs of crackers. The mini fridge could have been colder and provided a freezing section, but it worked well enough to provide fridge space. There was plenty of storage space, including hanging space, foldable luggage rack, a table, and a chair.

The room came with an umbrella. A few things that might’ve been included would be cutlery, a bathrobe, and perhaps slippers to really provide a complete experience. There was a list of costs for taking some of these items, so maybe someone loved them so much they took them home.

The bed was a highlight. A supremely comfortable bed, with a very comfortable pillow and blanket. I could’ve slept the day away.

The bathroom was not spacious, but it was only a minor inconvenience. There was a lack of counter space, but I am not a light packer of toiletries and there was still space for me. The basic toiletries were provided and this hotel has my favorite scent! Most other locations’ scents leaned more masculine, but theirs was more of an orange scent that I loved. And it included CONDITIONER! Bonus points for nice-to-have additional toiletries, like a hair cap, nail file, etc.

I found the shower to be the most frustrating experience. It’s like a 3 ft x 3 ft space of glass, with sliding doors on both sides to make an entrance that if you have to slide closed, which was a new experience and also easy to get off the rails. Otherwise, temperature and pressure was nice.

Location was very convenient. Provided easy access to a bus stop, and a metro stop very nearby with close connecting stations. There is nothing in the immediate vicinity worth seeing, but that made the nights quiet and you won’t miss anything being a little bit further away from being in the thick of the action, unless you want more nightlife.

I did not avail of the breakfast buffet offering, as it was €20 additional per day. I thought this cost was very high, especially as usually hotel breakfasts are pretty basic buffet offerings, but I cannot comment except for the price.

Overall, a very modern and well-maintained accommodation. I...

Let me start by saying the Staff were amazing and very accommodating.. 5 stars to Ana and the team!||Location - is ok, a lot of empty store spaces around the hotel, but felt very safe no issues, just had to walk to a lot.||Rooms (306) - are IMO Very Small - when you get out of bed and take one step you are in the bathroom. The bathroom is small - basically if you stand in the center of the bathroom you can get to the shower, sink and toilet without taking another step. The bathroom door is a pocket door, but does not close all the way or latch so not a lot of privacy if you are traveling with a friend. Additionally, if you turn on the light (in the middle of the night) light spilled into the bedroom. The ceiling in the bathroom looked like they made some repairs, but never finished or painted just left the patching compound on the ceiling. Our room did not have a scale, but several friend's had scaled in their bathroom, but then again some did not... There was one piece of "art" on the wall above the bed, but to the left and not centered which left the rest of the wall bare, very strange. The room could use some touchup painting as well. ||Air Con - was great||Water - lots of hot water and good water pressure.||Bathroom Amenities - were nice, but we always bring our own.||Noise Level - we felt it was very quiet.||House keeping - did a great job every day||Breakfast - standard hotel breakfast offerings - though hot items don't stay hot, they should rethink their heating elements. No Pork items, just something to be mindful of when you go for the "bacon" on the breakfast buffet.||No restaurant and no bar. I think these would be a plus but considering the hotel is HALAL compliant this might not be an option...||There is no pool or...
