It was a very memorable introduction to Portuguese cuisine, Chef Hugo told us in great detail about the peculiarities of certain moments that concerned the dishes we were preparing. Chef Hugo was extremely knowledgeable and personable and truly made our experience wonderful. Everyone had the best time and has continued to talk about this experience throughout our Portugal vacation. We would do this again if we return to Porto! Thank you...
