Main Square — Hotel in Zona Metropolitană Brașov

I spend 2 nights in this apartments, the only good things were the position right in the center, and the value of the room in the media with the prices in town. ||Rooms are very small and very very noisy, the wood floor under your feet is creaking a lot, same for the beds when you lie down. ||Walls are very thin and you can hear all the time when people walking pass the floor. ||There are sign of stay in silence around but is not enought, in the room next to me there were guest going in and out the all night, loughting and making noise and I coudn't sleep at all. ||When neighbors use the water from their rooms you can hear a loud sound of the water pump just next to the wall at the left side of the bed. ||The light in my toilet was burnt, the shower and the all bathroom was ugly, nothing comparing the picture showed on the web. I will attach pictures I made. ||There is a water boiler in the room but there is not even 1 bag of tea or sugar. ||The receptionist seams nice and helpful but it's not their foult if there is a bad money inversion in all this businnes. The cleaning lady also seams a nice person but she looks too tired and too much in a hurry. Reception is closed from 12:30 for lunch so there is no service until 2pm. ||Is maybe needed...

Awful. I understand that you pay a small amount of money for a stay here, but that doesn't mean they must neglect the attic. The front door had a big hole in it, the bathroom doors handle broke on the first day, the shower door almost fell on me, there was dust everywhere in the closet! the mattress and the towels were stained!!!! I'm glad I decided to take some towels from home!! ! The pillows were very old and turned yellow and the bed sheets weren't big enough to cover the entire bed, so we slept on the dirty mattress through the nights!!??! In the other good reviews they had, the people must have stayed in the other rooms, maybe the apartments because In the pictures they looked so good! Why not take care of every room like that??? I appreciated the location, it's a very good one in the centre of the town but I can't look past the bad stay I had!!! Did not enjoy a second, I will not...

Nu o să vă mint, nu e pentru cei foarte pretențioși. Are însă ca atuuri imbatabile poziția (exact vizavi de Piața Sfatului, doar treci strada) și prețul. Poziția se poate transforma ușor într-un dezavantaj dacă veniți cu mașina, deoarece există parcarea privată Wag Parking în apropiere contra sumei de 5 lei/oră ori parcări publice îndepărtate pentru 24 lei/zi. Liniște (geamurile dădeau în gangul de trecere). Accesul s-a făcut potrivit instrucțiunilor primite pe e-mail destul de facil și non-contact: am găsit cheia în ușă pe interior și așa am și lăsat-o, fără să interacționez cu cineva. Zilnic, personalul de serviciu lăsa în clanța ușii un sul de hârtie igienică și un sac de plastic pentru gunoi. Dotări, cel puțin pentru suita de familie ( 1 dormitor plus holul-living): centrală ( important în sezonul rece si nu numai), cuptor cu microunde, un frigider mic, o cană fierbător, o chiuvetă (în afara celei de la baie) și 2 televizoare. Ca și detaliu, mi-a plăcut faptul că venind cu un copil mic, am găsit în frigider o cutie de lapte, iar într-un coșuleț am găsit pliculețe de cafea instant și zahăr, chiar și brun. Ca și curățenie destul de curat, cu excepția unor pânze de paianjen, dar se poate trece peste asta. Ce nu mi-a plăcut în schimb: parchetul semi-degradat, ușa de la baie si patul scârțâiau enervant și deranjant. Patul prezenta o saltea bărcuță, degeaba e lat dacă nu poți beneficia de margini. La baie, masca de chiuvetă și caloriferul degradate de umezeală plus un iz de stătut, de mucegai, posibil de la mopul din găleată, un prosop cu urme de negreală. Bateria din chicinetă juca, în jurul măștii chiuvetei fiind urme de fostă inundație. Televizoarele vedeau puricos din cauza conexiunilor de antenă proaste. Frigiderul nu avea opritoare pe rafturile laterale, astfel că la fiecare deschidere produsele cădeau. În holul cu canapea 2 fotolii care nu se integrau cu restul mobilerului, (mi-am adus aminte de hotelurile ceaușiste) și 2 aplice cu 4 becuri dintre care numai unul funcționa. Am cumpărat și înlocuit un bec pentru a avea mai multă lumină, dar mai mult nu am putut, fiind deteriorate fasungurile aplicelor. Dacă puteți trece peste aceste mici detalii, atunci...
