Dracula Restaurant — Restaurant in Zona Metropolitană Brașov

The owner needs to hire more servers and cooks. Since the place is so understaffed, errors are taking place which make no sense.

For example, I ordered pork and my friend ordered a veggie dish. The cook put both dishes on the same plate for no reason. We have never encountered such an error and the server made no mention of the error so I am guessing he did not notice also (which is weird). I ate my meal thinking it was my meal and not realising I was eating my friend’s food also. The server never noticed that my friend had no food.

After waiting an hour, we finally gave up and asked where was his food. The server then had to ask the cook to figure out the weird error. He said it would take too long to cook more veggies and gave my friend a free small side dish of beans to eat but then still charged us for my friend’s veggies even though he did not get to eat them and even though I had never asked for the veggies (I figured included with my pork dish).

Even if we had figured out the cook’s error before I ate the veggies, I could not have given the veggies to my friend since he is a strict vegetarian and would not have eaten the veggies after they had been touching my pork.

While we appreciate the free small side dish, it was still a disappointing experience which is a shame since it is a cute place and the server seems like a nice guy who is trying his best at a severely understaffed restaurant on a Saturday night. This is the 2nd time my girlfriend and I have visited here. Both times the food has been excellent and the service very professional. This time the server accidentally gave me the wrong check and I honestly didn’t pay much attention when I paid it. My girlfriend and I got up and left and a couple minutes later one of the server found us outside in the Old Town square and told us he had accidentally overcharged us and wanted to make sure he refunded the difference. I can tell you in all of the times I have been in restaurants in my life, this has happened more than once, but I am also positive not one single restaurant made it their business to make it right, I always had to point it out.
