Spomenik novijeg datuma. Podignut je 2015. godine u Finansijskom parku, cime je ova zelena oaza u podnozju Nemanjine ulice sa pretezno poslovnim sadrzajima, dodatno oplemenjena. Bronzana skulpura Gavrila Principa u prirodnoj velicini nalazi se na niskom kamenom postamentu uokvirenom travnatom povrsinom. Figura je licem okrenuta ka Nemanjinoj ulici, a na postamentu su ispisani stihovi iz Njegosevog "Gorskog vijenca": "...blago onom ko dovijeka zivi, imao se rasta i roditi..."

Споменик Гаврилу Принципу је свечано откривен 28 јуна 2015. године на 101 годишњицу атентата у Сарајеву. Откривен је на свечаности којој су присуствовали тадашњи председник Србије Томислав Николић и председник Републике Српске Милорад Додик. Освештао га је владика Атанасије Ракита. Сама локација споменика је одабрана јер су се на тој локацији састајали младобосанци пре одласка у Сарајево (угао Немањине и Сарајевске улице). Сам споменик је дело смедеревског вајара Зорана Кузмановића, висок је два метра и тежак око 350 килограма. На првој бочној страни споменика исписане су речи песме "Ал право је рекао пре Жерајић, соко сиви: Ко хоће да живи нек мре, ко хоће да мре нек живи", а на другој "Благо томе ко довијек живи имао се...
