It truly was an enjoyable experience at World Farm. There is a wide variety of plants available, ranging from orchids to Japanese maples and typical succulents. Aside from plants, the farm offers an assortment of pots, soils, fertilizers, and even organic insecticides.

A key personnel who made this whole experience even more fruitful and educational was Christine. I am extremely grateful for the wonderful service I received from Christine during my visit.

Christine demonstrated great professionalism and commendable efforts to aid my mother and me in expanding our love for plants. While we were pondering whether to purchase a certain plant, Christine greeted us warmly and asked if she could offer her assistance, which we gladly accepted.

What stood out during our interaction was Christine's clear knowledge of the products that the farm offers and her patience in taking the time to understand my needs and restrictions. She even went to the extent of making personalized recommendations for how I could take care of my plant and protect it from pests. Despite only being with the company for a month, Christine showed a great understanding and sense of familiarity with the products.

During prior visits to World Farm, I often found myself at a loss regarding the specific needs (e.g., water, sun, soil, pH requirements) of each plant. Sometimes I even resorted to using Google Lens to search for these requirements, which made the process of buying and maintaining plants much more complicated. In the past, inquiries about plant care requirements were usually met with very basic answers such as "water the plant only when the soil is dry." While this advice is true, more in-depth details could definitely help customers better understand how to care for their plants.

Christine took the time and effort to answer these questions we had for various plants we either owned or bought from World Farm. Her presence reshaped my shopping experience at World Farm, allowing me to make informed decisions and learn more about this hobby.

It was evident during my interaction with Christine that she is very passionate about her work. I believe employees like Christine deserve recognition for their hard work...

Quite an awesome place with generally very healthy plants and mostly very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable staff. I can spend an entire afternoon there because the premise is HUGE! Visit on Wed afternoons when they receive fresh stock by the truckloads! Prices of plants are very reasonable, altho I do wish they will offer discounts on plants that are subpar. So far, I had experienced an unpleasant incident when I asked a staff if the barely alive colocasia black stem could be released at a discount since it was the only pot left and I had wanted one badly. The staff kinda snickered as if I was some cheapskate and said no discount otherwise "大家都会等到花要死了才来买”. That was certainly NOT A NICE THING TO SAY TO A CUSTOMER, since my intention was to try and salvage a raggedy plant and I had been searching all over for it. Had a more healthy-looking plant been around, I would not have hesitated to purchase it AT FULL PRICE! This nursery has done well indeed with it's wide selection of plants and great prices. However, it does need to up its game with better staff training, checking out procedures (What a mess at checkouts!), oh and labelling of prices (cards with photos and prices are haphazard and often don't match the plants). You are almost on the way to be the best garden centre in Singapore. Improving customer experience is one...

TLDR: the BEST nursery ever!

Had a very pleasant experience visiting this WF branch after being away overseas for a few years! Came back to this nursery after having old time memories where my parents will only shop at worldfarm!

Super happy to see the grow as a brand and it was a great plant shopping experience with all the amazing variety, planters tools and soil (basically everything you will need) and most importantly PRICE and plant QUALITY!!!!

Staff are super friendly here as well, the gardeners foreign worker are happy to help while they are working on the plants, just do be aware if you got more sophisticated question or need help to pick better plants, its better to ask the local staff in polo tees! They speak fluent english and chinese and can comprehend ur needa better!

Very accessible location! The cashier staff are diligent to double check your purchase and even ask if you are drove or are planning to take a taxi or public transport, they offer to bag your purchase or put them in a reused carton box accordingly so its easy to carry and wont dirty mode of transport!

The location is well sheltered and accessible if you call a grab, definitely wil have ride!
