Disgusting Food & Even Worse Management!
Changed my review of this place after now a second poor experience in as many months!
They used to be my go-to for a nice pizza with good topping but sadly in the last two months the quality has significantly dropped! Funny though as there is a new owner of the place that is hardly there and doesn’t think it’s important to contact customers that complain even after four messages left!
Toppings are not even half what they used to be & bar the overcooked burnt inedible bases they didn’t even add the tomato sauce base on the one pizza ordered.
I have made well over a half dozen attempts to get a hold of Terrence the owner before changing my review. Trying to communicate the poor quality of food served when he’s not in his own business but apparently customers aren’t really that important to get back to either!
Update: after a week thought I’d try again! Spoke with Terrance he was completely unphazed with the poor quality of his food & the fact that customers complained!

Read moreThis is hands down the best Italian restaurant outside of Italy! From the moment we walked in, we were transported to an authentic Italian dining experience. The décor was beautiful, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that perfectly complemented the vibrant energy of the restaurant.
We were warmly greeted by the manager and all the staff, even the kitchen team took a moment to say hello, which made us feel truly welcome. The service was exceptional, the staff took the time to explain the different pizzas on the menu and even recommended some of their most popular dishes.
We ordered a large Lucca pizza, basil pesto pasta, and Alfredo pasta. Every dish was absolutely incredible—made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The pizza was packed with rich, complex flavors, and each bite offered something new and exciting. It was the kind of pizza that makes you want to keep eating!
If you’re looking for authentic Italian pizza or pasta, this place is a must-visit....
Read moreThis used to be the go-to pizza place for us but after 2 bad experiences in a row (1 month apart) we made a final decision not to support Italforno any more.
The pizza dough has much more flour on than usual and also thicker than before, there is no crunchy crust any longer.
The toppings for the second time tastes just weird and we usually order the same pizzas every time. The toppings also only filled about 2/3 of the entire pizza (left with about 2cm without any toppings all around). Today was the first time in my life I had to through pizza away because it doesn't taste great. The ham on our pizza also had a different taste than what we are used to and all these elements combined just spoiled it for us.
We would rather try out other pizza places in the area and then return to Romans if we can't find anything else but this was the last time...
