Your Greenstone branch has absolutely appalling service, the three staff working there are like the laziest people you could find in a dumpster, slow and refusing to do any work! Its not the first time this has happened, not a single customer is happy with the service at greenstone Vida, we have brought this up to management several times but they dont care. Every other Vida stores will make your order if it is not on display, this is the only store that refuses make anything that is not on display. When we want to use our discovery vouchers for coffee, everytime they would refuse it. Today was the most ridiculous, they refused and told us to go to another store that would take vouchers, and even hurried us out of shop giggling. Very arrogant, extremely rude. THey would make remarks such as "why are you still here, why dont you just go to another store with your vouchers?". We have complained on hellepeters and google reviews on multiple occasions, never get feedback. Service is ALWAYS terrible. I’ve been to this store 3 times in 2 months because it’s close to my work but the service has been disgusting every single time. I will definitely never go again. Staff are unfriendly which was the first major put off! In these establishments at other locations, the staff are always friendly and kind. When I entered there was no one at the front to serve us and I had to call the lady. Then they were offline and I couldn’t use any of my vouchers. The second time I needed to do some work and sat down to put my things down before I ordered, the lady shouted to say I have to order if I want to sit, so I explained I was putting my things down first then I went to order ajd ask for thr wifi password and they said they don’t have wifi and they’re offline. Worst experience ever! So angry I gave them a 3rd chance and they still don't get things right. Was there a few minutes ago and I ordered a café latte and a soy hazelnut (reiterating several times that the hazelnut needed to be a soy for allergy purposes) and not only did they get the first order wrong... Wait for it... They actually gave me a grande expresso instead of a hazelnut. This was my 3rd time trying there and they never get my order right, the staff is also unfriendly and just give you that 'what do you want face'.
