We had such a fantastic time here! The service was absolutely amazing – so friendly and welcoming – and the food was just as impressive. The pizzas were delicious, full of flavor, and the portions were so generous that we even had leftovers to enjoy the next day (always a bonus 😄).

La Focaccia, ubicado en el centro comercial X Sur en el sur de Tenerife, es un rincón encantador para los amantes de la cocina italiana. Desde el momento en que llegamos, el ambiente espectacular y la decoración acogedora nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Siempre está lleno, y es fácil entender por qué.

Comenzamos nuestra comida con una caprese búfala con pesto y tomates secos. Un plato clásico con un toque especial gracias al pesto y a la mozzarella de búfala, que añade un sabor auténtico y distinto. Luego, probamos dos pizzas: una margarita y otra de mozzarella búfala con champiñones. Ambas deliciosas, confirmando que las pizzas son definitivamente el punto fuerte de este restaurante.

También compartimos un plato de pasta de medias lunas rellenas de ricota y espinacas con nata y nueces. La pasta estaba al dente, y aunque no fue el plato más destacado de la noche, cumplió con creces nuestras expectativas de sabores italianos clásicos.

El servicio en La Focaccia merece una mención especial. Desde el primer momento, una camarera rubia nos recibió con amabilidad, manejando con gracia y eficiencia un restaurante lleno. Además, Gabriel, quien nos atendió durante la cena, fue excepcional. Su trato amable, recomendaciones acertadas, y constante sonrisa hicieron que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más placentera.
