I had an amazing experience at Tailang ramen & rice . From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a perfect blend of elegance and comfort. The service was outstanding :attentive, friendly, and efficient without being intrusive. Now, the food is absolutely top-notch. The sushi was incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. Every bite was a delight, from the perfectly seasoned rice to the melt-in-your-mouth fish. The variety on the menu was impressive, catering to both sushi purists and those who enjoy creative rolls. Overall, everything was spot on—great food, excellent service, and a fantastic atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone looking for high-quality sushi and a memorable dining experience!

En la vida me he topado con gente tan falsa y carente de ética. Algunas notas adicionales: El poke no es japonés. No saben que es un Tonkatsu. Te lo ponen de pollo y cuando les indicas que normalmente es de cerdo, te ponen un filete correoso recién descongelado en el microondas. El okonomiyaki no es una brocheta. Su cocinero japonés, al que le habla en chino, debería saberlo Los takoyaki son congelados, y están muy grasientos. No quiero pensar como se lava las manos un cocinero cuando va al servicio si no hay jabón. El restaurante está encima de un sexshop, no lo recomendaría a familias con niños. ------------------------------------------- Edito según la respuesta de la propietaria: Parece que además de no aceptar las críticas negativas también son mentirosos y maleducados. La comida no merecía ninguna foto. La decoración, que estaba a la altura de los platos, le hizo gracia a mi hijo. Desaconsejo a cualquiera pisar este negocio tan deshonesto. _____________________________ No es un restaurante japonés auténtico. Las interpretaciones que hacen de la cocina nipona no reflejan los sabores e ingredientes adecuados. Algunos platos que probamos eran muy normalitos, como en cualquier otro restaurante chino. Otros, como el arroz de ternera y la chuleta de cerdo directamente no estaban buenos. El servicio es algo lento y no es muy amable. El acceso es incómodo. Los baños estaban sucios y no tenían jabón. No lo recomendaría, su puntuación en Google Maps no refleja para nada su calidad

Local looks nice, has an interesting decor. The food unfortunately wasn’t that good as we expected with this high opinion. Me and my boyfriend ordered two different ramen, it looked good, but both of them were VERY salty, so I didn’t feel any other taste, just salt. The good think from ramen I remember is the duck meat. The waitress didn’t speak English and even didn’t ask if we liked food at the end. I guess the best taste has the tea in the cute jug with cats, but at home we realised that we paid 5 euro instead of 2 euro which we saw at the menu. It’s so expensive like for little tea.

From all the amazing reviews, I was expecting a 5/5. Positives: Service was excellent. One of the very best we had during our stay in Alicante. AC was refreshing and cooling compared to other places when it's 30°C outside. Appetizers (fried duck + takoyaki) and one main dish (fried pork with fried rice) we had were really good, and these came out quite fast. Prices were good, not too bad considering the extreme inflation lately.

Negatives: Second main dish we had (Ramen noodles with prawns) came out late, actually when the other main dish was half eaten. The ramen noodles were rather disappointing in flavour compared to ramen noodles we had elsewhere...

Buyer beware! I recently ordered food through their delivery partner Glovo. The delivery arrived 23 minutes earlier than I was told it would on the app. I was 5 mins away but the driver said it would be wasting his time to wait for me, so the app cancelled the order. I contacted the restaurant who said I had to reorder to get my meal. I assumed they wouldn't charge me for the first order since it was obviously the same food that arrived soon after, but they charged me twice and ignored my later messages asking for a refund, as did Glovo. I was a regular customer but feel scammed and will never...
