Thye told me delivery will be done together. 2 days after the delivery I noticed the my phone number is wrong, so I went once again to the shop and asked them to update my number, I left all details again. 1 week later since there was no info nothing about my delivery I called the call center and asked about the delivery, they told me they will get in touch with the shop and contact me. 1 day later indeed the shop send an email and told me they have no number so they could contact me (!!!) But thye had my 2000 euro and my email interesting. I send my number in the email again and was told delivery will be done by next day. Next day 10th day after order I was waiting again nobody came, no contact, I rented a car again went to the shop and asked - the lady called the driver and he answered - in could call because I don't have the number of the client so I ssint deliver. A supervisor came , not intrested in my story and not interested in apologizing but she took the number AGAIN and said today 9.00 someone will come.. it's 11.00 nobody came. Phone of the shop in the email is not working . After 11 day still no delivery for sure thye don't have my number. Beware of this shop. O points. Read moreI ordered an ipad by error before Christmas, I contacted them to return my order as due to COVID restrictions I could not travel to the shop to return the ipad. Since 3rd January I have called, emailed (about 6 times), chatted online, Facebook messages and completed their web form and they keep telling me they will contact me to collect my order and then process my refund (its now 12 January and no one has got back to me). Their customer service is terrible, they do not honour returns policy and they will now tell me that it is too late to return my goods even though I originally asked to return the goods well in the 30 day period. Thats 400€ I'll probably never get back. They keep telling me that the Alicante shop have my details and will call me to arrange collection but its been almost 2 weeks and I still haven't heard anything from them even though I keep pushing for it.
