previously left a 5 star rating for this store 2 yrs ago, but upon our return standards have slipped. we came for a TV but frustratingly only one tv of 17 had a price shown, this is a poor effort, we gave up on that purchase instantly (carrefour did a great deal the same afternoon) we also purchased 2 smart watches listed at 29€ but once paid we realised we had been charged 79€ this we found out was due to a very minor packaging difference (a blue corner) and the models were a different spec.. by the time we had noticed it was the next day and we are now 240 miles away… the current system for displaying and finding the display items is flawed in as much as the items are on show and the boxes to purchase are below but not in any order. if you didnt know there were two models (we didnt) then this mistake can easily be made… we will return as we like the choices on offer that are varied but honestly i think the 8 staff i could see, all standing around chatting on the store front says it all, new management needed here...

El mes pasado dia 17 de septiembre fui al leroy merlin ha realizar una compra exprés, entre a las 10:41 y salí a las 11:12 cuál fue mi sorpresa cuando al llegar al aparcamiento me habían golpeado mi coche nuevo no una sino dos veces, entiendo que todos podemos tener una accidente pero si lo tienes tienes seguro para dejar una nota. Esta persona no lo hizo y fui directamente a la seguridad del centro, dado que todo está lleno de cámaras me dijeron que fuera a poner una denuncia y es lo que hice. Estoy esperando que la policía se ponga en contacto con la persona que se dio a la fuga con su multa correspondiente y me pague su seguro. Solo pido por parte del centro que si tienen cámaras y ven una situación similar no lo dejen de la mano de dios. La seguridad no es solo para robos sino también como su nombre indica nuestra seguridad.
