Primark — Local services in Alicante

Lines are always very long. Not enough employees on cash registers. Returns are difficult and take a very long time as employees are not authorized to make them. I had to wait for a supervisor to come who hassled me despite the item being defective and me having a receipt. It was the most difficult experience I have had at a store to return an item. They ask me if I washed the item, if my washing machine was at fault, etc.etc. the supervisor was aware I was waiting but was chatting to her employee about another issue while I waited....

I have never been in a Primark store. I went with a friend who goes there regularly. I was impressed with the range and quality. There was stuff to pleasantly challenge my friend's tastes and add to my enjoyment.

The biggest downside was finding the right sizes. Every thing gets turned over by many hands and it was easy to pick up the wrong size or be unable to find the right size - even though it might be there, just hidden on a wrongly labelled hanger.

Beware!!! I bought worth 320 euros here today clothes and toys. Cashier who assist me is lidia, but when i came to the hotel i check the bags the hello kitty toy is missing same thing happen to me 2 weeks ago in scotland primark i missed 1 pants.
