The worst shopping experience ever! No empathy, no hello, no help, only unsatisfied face articulations from the shopping assistants. Three ladies - everyone was at their worst. No class at all. Dresses seemed very uncomfortable and cheap. Shame! We were clients of Pronovias since 2012. First of all, we waited a long time for ladies to serve us. They didn't greet us. No one offered to try on dresses. We explained that we were looking for a cocktail dress for the wedding of relatives. We have provided the desired models. We were ready to buy 2 dresses on the same day. The incomprehensible behavior of the senior SA - blonde with glasses from 3 June 2025, she behaved rudely, talked disrespectfully, extremely weird behavior. We specially came to choose dresses, the older SA (blonde in glasses) told her colleagues not to look for anything, she was deliberately harmful. The dresses were shown in stock in the system! I appeal to the management of senior managers: I think it is harmful for the company to hire employees who prevent the purchase of things. Why do you need such an employee? My experience getting my wedding dress here at Pronovias was unparalleled. The appointment was perfect with a beautiful waiting room and a place for your family and friends to sit. They had such an abundant collection of wedding dresses (check out their sample sale!). I was here on a week long trip where, thanks to the very helpful guide of the staff, I made an appointment and found my perfect dress! Not only where they very accommodating and not pressure selling me in any way, but they also did all of the adjustments and tailoring in house in less than a week. The dress fits me like a glove and I really couldn’t have done it without the helpful guide of all of the staff members and seamstresses at Pronovias, many of whom have been there for 20+ years. Estuve en Pronovias ( alicante ) tenía mi segunda prueba del vestido la primera fue el día que lo elegí fue el primer vestido en probarme y el que me lleve , dejaré bien claro que en todo momento fui acompañada y todos saben mi actitud " la supuesta modista" en todo momento fue muy poco empática y para colmo me hizo un comentario como : no estamos acostumbrados a pechos tan pequeños...,,,que ?? Hola?? Mi cara era un poema y ganas no me faltaron de coger e irme peor la que perdía era yo por qué no había posibilidad de cambios ni devolución. Entre mil cosas que podría deciros de esta tienda ,y la empatía de sus empleadas por lo menos con las dos que hemos tratado a sido salir de allí bastante afectada , por qué ya no es que les falte empatía , falta de profesionalidad y tacto al juzgar una parte del cuerpo de una persona diciendo semejante comentario y no agusto con eso siguió insistiendo que en ese sitio solo tenían almohadillas para el pecho de la talla 105 o así .. No quise decirle lo subnormal que estaba siendo pero se dieron cuenta ya que el último día no me atendió ninguna de ellas , si no Fátima con esta chica pues no tengo nada malo que decir estuvo muy atenta a todo y gracias a ella mi último día pude salir contenta y algo segura , ya que el vestido no me lo dejaron del todo bien ...en las fotos se aprecia muchas arrugas en las tela sze las faldas pero no quisieron cortarlas por qué según ellas estaban bien ...en fin menos mal que los casamos una vez...
