The good: fruits and vegetables can be purchased by weight and thus plastic free. The unacceptable: one of the cashier has an unacceptable attitude where it’s clear that you as a client are a mere annoyance to her continuous talking in a different language while in front of you. I mean: continuously, and I am not figuratively speaking. Looks like her colleagues also are exhausted. To ask for a bag is a fight to get in between her talking. And to get one before she ends to scan your items is something I gave up, forcing me to accommodate everything into the bags only after and not during her scanning. But the reason why I don’t set foot in that Carrefour anymore is because her disregard for us customers was fully displayed the days she was with flue and with an horrible cough and kept coughing intensively without mask and to your face. Bad also the management that allows employees to work when in these state. I switched to the Bona compra just beside (super clean and respectful, but with a lot more plastic around fruit and...

I’ve visited this Carrefour quite some times and was always surprised by how annoyed and NOT customer friendly the employees are (especially the ladies). They won’t even look at you or greet you when you are at the counter, are at the same time talking to the other employees in another language, and really give you the feeling that you annoy them by wanting to pay them. I have really given them the chance to also show normal, client friendly behavior, by visiting this store several times, but it was the same case all the times I’ve been there and I have therefore decided to never return to this place again. Cosas caducadas y trato deficiente.

Sé que es una tienda pequeña y no pueden tener de todo, pero la selección de ésta tienda en concreto es muy básica y de calidad bastante básica, en general.

La última vez que fui vi varios productos caducados, por ejemplo, unos quesos en las cámaras frigoríficas, caducados 5 días atrás.

Ahora entiendo por qué nunca veo cosas con el descuento que previene el desperdicio alimentario por tener que retirar, por ley, productos que caducan...no retiran nada y te lo venden, incluso caducado.

Al decirle a la cajera "tenéis productos caducados en la tienda, lo sabes?", se pone a hablar con alguien en otro idioma, tras responderle, me dice "hot dogs". Flipé. Me quería vender hot dogs caducados! Le repetí que tenían productos caducados en la tienda, y que era ilegal. Se encogió de hombros y pasó del tema. Por otro lado, ésta cajera parece pasar de todo, en general.

El ticket, lo primero que hizo fue arrugarlo, en cuanto lo cogió de la máquina, aunque lo que deberían hacer por defecto es entregarlo al cliente, como prueba de compra. Claro que, si venden cosas caducadas, es normal que no quieran darte pruebas de su compra.

Hablé con Carrefour sobre esta franquicia, y dijero que les revisarían los...
