I stumbled across this store while walking the streets of Barcelona, and I’m so glad I did! I had never gotten permanent jewelry before and didn’t know much about it, but Lalia was great with helping me choose the right chains, and Claudia did an excellent job welding! Both staff members were so professional and kind. I ended up getting a permanent anklet and bracelet that I love so much. I also bought a regular bracelet. The store has something for everyone!

They have a nice collection and the staff are very kind! However I’m really disappointed that all the charms that I bought became a copper colour. I specifically bought the ones they said were waterproof and tarnish free but the metal parts still became brown. And over time they all came off. I lost most of them. The bracelet itself was done well but the charms were not put properly. The loops were messy and the ends were poking out. I still have the bracelet on and it looks fantastic but all the charms have faded and come off and that’s disappointing considering how much I spent on it Can’t really call it permanent if it lasts for...

I absolutely DO NOT recommend this place. I went there yesterday to get a permanent bracelet that was supposed to be long-lasting… and after just a few hours it was GONE – it literally fell apart. This is a total joke and a complete waste of money. The bracelet was expensive for something that didn’t even last a single day. The quality is awful, there’s zero professionalism and no durability whatsoever. I feel scammed. I’m not even going to bother contacting them because it’s not worth the stress – I will never go back there and I recommend everyone to stay away from their so-called “services.” Waste of time, money...
