Bad experience despite having bought several things, my review is edited again 2 times.. selling products with short durability, I'm not the only person here talking about broken products that lose their shine in 2 uses, all the ítems i bought are useless now
The Seller never mentioned that it was a sale ring, and she mentioned that my Ph was the responsible that the 10€ silver ring turned black when I never used it
Where I say you called me ignorant? Because the golden-plated daisy earrings loose the golden bath that supposed have and I only used them 2 times, may they will say that I shouldn’t expose the earrings to the rain? (irony) The rings are black and I don't even dare to wear them anymore, unlike other silver rings that I use every day and they have not turned black. The closure of the beautiful bee earrings that were my favourites have been broken after buying them 1 week ago at the physical store in Barcelona.. Spent over a 100€ on rings and earrings and ended up with one of the rings being an awkward size way too big/small for every finger (was recommended an even bigger size for every ring by the worker). Then went on a one month trip and came back with the completely unused ring still in it’s package wanting just to switch the size up or down - only to be told a ‘can’t help you’ and that there’s nothing they can do about it since it’s past their 14 day return/exchange policy. Now reading the comments about the durability of their products and being in the customer service industry myself - a policy and a rule this strict followed by the employees this hard only makes me question the quality of their products. Love the designs, will not be buying or recommending the brand anymore because honestly - read the room, giving a good customer service even if your products are a bit bad is...
Read moreVery bad quality !!! I bought for 60 euros of jewellery. ( 6 earrings ) And once I was home I've seen that two of my earrings were broken... I thing that they broke when the seller open them to put them on a kraft card. I've asked for an exchange or refund, and they told me to go back to barcelona where I doesn't live at all or to buy them again on the website (they will be free) but I have to pay the shipping costs... I'm not going to pay anything anymore !!!
