I have been to this place more than 20times in these 6months and have tried most of their beef burgers (except the fried chicken and pulled pork one). The bun is good and the fries are yummy too. However today something happened that changed my views towards the place and i wont recommend it anymore. And i am rewriting and editing this review from five stars to three. We ordered two flipas (double meat, what i always get) and specified one without pickles (my friend cannot eat pickles). The order came and both burgers had problems. The one they said clearly without pickles when they served us actually had extra pickles, we are very sure we said NO pickles because when you order on the app you can pick no pickles. The second burger had a hair in it. We told the staff there’s hair and he just said “ok i take it away” with no follow-up action, we waited and waited but we did not know if a new burger was coming or is it waived from the bill or what, absolutely nothing. We then decided to eat somewhere else and asked for the bill and it was not waived or anything and was a full bill, we then told the cashier what happened and she said she was not notified of the incident, however she was apologetic, so she gave us a small discount of 10% off (2.7€), I didnt want the money back, the burger costed €10.9 and i was hungry still and just wanted another burger elsewhere, 10% for me was not a fair deal but we did pay and left because im hungry and dont want to stay to argue about small amount, its not even about the money. I am finicky when it comes to cheeseburgers, I prefer very thin ones, not the thick ones you see all over. I used to like Shake Shack here in the states however not the best, the bun and shack sauce alone has over 60 ingredients in it, lots of seeds oils that are terrible for you-
I forget how I even came across this place while on holiday in Barcelona over Christmas, but I saw the pictures and reviews and knew that was what we were eating that day but they close after lunch and then reopen I believe at 7:30 for dinner-My boyfriend was irritated as we were both starving but I told him "I can't keep the thought of their cheeseburgers out of my head... we are going to wait until they are open and eat there" So glad we did-Literally we are at a park bench across from it waiting for it to open, and we weren't the only ones, it filled up fast once the doors opened-

But, the important part. The ingredients definitely are very well chosen, you can see from the first moment. The bread is great, the taste is a little bit sweet and it has an amazing consistency. However, even when the two burgers that I order have doubled, on my second one I order an extra patty. And this is where my complaint comes from. The beef is tasteless. Not sure if it's the amount, the technique, but something is missing here. I once read that the smashed burgers should use a specific amount of meat per patty. Is this probably the main reason? It's impossible that, with a double patty, the burger completely lacks flavor. Or maybe it's the mix.
