If I could give more than 5 stars, it would be definitely much more, mainly because of Polish team with a special recognition to Customer service experts (Weronika, Adrian, Klaudia, Bartek, Ewelinka, Misiek, Malwus, Filipek,Januszek,Karol) and SM (Natalia, Michal and Izolda). This people supported me a lot during my stay in Porsche Digital-Thank you guys!!!!. They welcomed me extremely nice by providing a welcome party. They were always for me when I needed them. They are smart, supportive and extremely professional. Based on previous comments especially provided by Emilia, I really did not see any gossips between staff. Atmosphere was nice, I wish I could get a chance to stay longer but destiny wanted me to have only limited time there. I am in a new profession and from today's perspective I understood that in life nothing happens without the reason.
The office was always clean, staff from reception always professional, fruit and coffee for everyone. Very good training provided by Aleksandra. The operational manager Sofia , very nice and honest, same as human resources. IT man always willing to help. Really nice experience I had there. The only area of improvement would be related to quality measurement of performance. I would not percentage staff for their work but maybe provide some coaching how to improve the service. The percentage did not work for me ,it gave me stress and I felt being in school. This person who provided feedback also was a bit unprofessional, negative with very low emotional intelligence that gave me even more stress as I felt like being a problem for the team. Team leader was ok, ambitious man, but sometimes the way how he spoke during 1 to 1 session could be interpretive like you are a problem for the team. So , please allow people to make mistakes, and do not say to new staff that there are heavy for the team especially at the beginning, because that could put people down and it really did with me. Apart from...
Read moreDearest readers,
This is the sixth attempt to publish this ☺️I can see you really do not want me to tell the truth.
It has come to my attention that there exists an establishment so fraught with scandal that one might dare say, "DO NOT WORK HERE." The absence of a Glassdoor presence speaks volumes about the underlying secrecy. For those who cherish respectful and constructive human interaction to address grievances with HR or a team lead, this institution shall indeed disappoint.
Never have I encountered an environment more marred by toxicity. In an unholy alliance, HR and team leads conspire to treat their staff with utter disdain. The nefarious duo engages in reprehensible conduct, including mobbing, threats, and other unsavory actions. Proceed with the utmost caution, dear readers.
It seems it places little value on genuine work performance. Their primary concern appears to be transforming employees into docile, unquestioning subordinates, bereft of individual thought or opinion.
Should you require further corroboration, I direct you to Emilia’s review. After enduring merely one week under the oppressive reign of a certain team lead, she chose to resign. Post her departure, HR maligned the team as "gossipers," despite the transparent evidence in her review which refutes such claims.
My tenure at this establishment spanned over a year, culminating in my termination after bringing to HR’s attention the daily bullying suffered at the hands of my TL. Regrettably, I am not solitary in experiencing such a methodical process of unjust dismissal.
However, if the intrigues and scandals of Bridgerton tantalize your senses, and you revel in perpetual deception, you may find this establishment to your liking. Should you find pleasure in being consistently deceived, having no prospects for advancement within the company, and becoming a mindless pawn, then by all means, do consider joining their 'family.'

Read moreIn my experience, the internal dynamics of the management team could benefit from improvements. It would be positive if they focused more on creating a supportive work environment. I noticed that some training processes can be a bit rigid and could improve if they were better adapted to individual needs.
Specifically, the Arabic team leader could be more transparent in their management. At times, certain issues might be overlooked, which could affect credibility.
The operations manager sometimes exhibits an attitude that might be misinterpreted. A more balanced and consistent approach in communication would be beneficial.
The Human Resources department also has room for improvement. Ideally, they should focus more on effective people management and decisions that promote a healthy work environment.
The executive manager seems to be heavily influenced by HR perspectives. A more independent and balanced approach could be beneficial for the organization.
For those seeking new opportunities, it is important to consider a work culture that aligns with personal values and promotes peace of mind as a key factor in...
