WANG Salon — Local services in Barcelona

WORST HAIRDYE EXPERIENCE EVER. Don’t bother coming here if you don’t speak their language(Mandarin Chinese). I messaged them on Instagram, asked them if they were able to communicate in English, since my chinese is bad. Surprisingly they said yes, BUT when I arrived at the store, none of them were able to communicate in English. So I assume they used google translate. I mean that’s fine I guess. But since I wasn’t able to speak their language, I figured they were trashtalking about me not knowing that I could understand them. They were saying things such as ‘why would you come here if you dont speak our language’ ‘why do tourists even come anyway’ ‘she doesn’t understand us, help others first’ They rather help others first before you, even though you’ve been sitting there for hours. I SAT THERE FOR 8 HOURS. These people have NO manners, NO respect. VERY RUDE. I suggest you all to go somewhere else, where they treat you...

I recently visited this hair salon, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The staff were unprofessional and unfriendly, making the entire visit uncomfortable. Additionally, the services were overpriced for the quality provided. I would not recommend this salon to others looking for a pleasant and professional hair...

Llegué para un corte de pelo, y pregunté por el precio: 18€.

Al ver que no había mucha gente, decidí esperar un rato para que me cortaran el pelo. Llevo más de una hora esperando un corte de pelo, pero han pasado 2-3 personas que han llegado más tarde que yo. Cuando llegó mi turno, el peluquero se acuerda de que habían dos chavalines que tenían una reserva desde hace más de cuatro horas y me pide si les podría dar el turno. Todo esto, antes del corte.

Dudo que el corte tenga mucha calidad, ya que viendo el trato a otros clientes esta peluquería me deja mucho que desear. (Los peluqueros que se encargan del tinte cada 10 minutos salen para echarse la pausa del cigarrillo, tardan incluso más debido a que salen a comprar cigarros, están con el móvil.. etc)

En fin, está peluquería es todo un circo, aún reservando van a priorizar a los clientes que les salga...
