I've played both in both casual and tournament Pokémon games. Unfortunately no Pokémon singles (smaller community here) but there are both packs (English) and boxed product (Spanish) available.

There is a great selection of board games (Spanish), many of which I'm familiar with from back in England but there seems to be some Spanish games too

Either I got really lucky three times in a row, or everyone (including the players) are very jovial and accommodating.

Shopkeeper has been very kind and even continues to speak Spanish even though I sound like a gringo.

Resumo. Hago un pedido de mas de 100 euros. Me cobran gastos de envío, lo cual hago religiosamente. Me piden una valoración y les digo que para un pedido de mas de 100 euros, bien que podía ser sin gasto de envío. Pero el problema no es ese. El problema es que me empiezan a enviar mails diciéndome que es mi responsabilidad, y que tengo que leer las condiciones, y que acepté el pedido... Intento aclarar que el problema no es ese, que simplemente me parece que lo normal es no cobrar gastos en pedidos de esa cuantía. Después de 3 correos se han ido a spam y han perdido un cliente. Si está muy bien aclarar los problemas con los clientes, pero: no me responsabilices de nada que no sea mi responsabilidad, y trata de entender que te están diciendo.

*Edito. Podéis comprobar lo que digo en su respuesta. Si no le gusta la opinión... pues que no pregunte. Y ahora me tratan de mentiroso... mi madre, que atención al cliente...
