iSHOP — Local services in Benidorm

I came on holiday to Benidorm with my iPad Pro. When charging it the 3rd party charger caused an issue with the charging unit within the iPad and it completely died. Thankfully iShop was 5 mins from my hotel. I took it in and we went through a few tests to confirm there was no way of recharging it. Once that was confirmed iShop sent it to their local technician who had confirmed the issue and fixed it…..all within 5 hours! James was utterly brilliant. He tried so hard to fix my phone many times before I had to buy a new handset and upgrade my phone as it was aging. His service was a really refreshing treat compared to many of the main apple stores. Thank you so much James. This man is an absolute life saver. It was panic stations with my daughters Iphone, it had water damage and display would not work. Left it with James for a few hours, went back after excellent communication and a little banter. Fixed like brand new. Very reasonable price, excellent service the guy had me in fits of laughter and then brought me to tears. One happy young lady...
