John and Joseph Restaurant — Restaurant in Benidorm

Been away to Benidorm for my first time abroad and me and a few of my mates decided go here for some scran for tea. At first sights I thought; "This place looks really nice and has got some great food choices!" I was so, so, so, so very wrong...The service was absolutely deplorable, took them about 10 minutes to serve us a drink and then another 5 minutes for food (Bearing in mind it was insanely quiet) Anyways, we ordered food and I had the swordfish, chips and salad, with a side of squid rings (as I love trying new foods) we got the food and personally, it was a solid 5/10. This is the best part would say early in the afternoon the next day, I start to get stomach pains, I shrug it off at the start, until not long after, my stomach starts churning...I'm pretty sure you know what we're all thinking, here? That's right, you guessed it! Food poisoning :) something about that swordfish wasn't cooked properly in my eyes and I wondered to why it got served to me that quick...fridge freezer frozen shte mate. I've had fresher food served to me at McDonald's than that place...genuinely. And that's the best of it, the cheeky fukers even had the audacity to overcharge me by 3 euros and they wouldn't even let us pay separately. Would highly suggest not going...

I was very upset with the way I was treated by the staff .I made my order for 2cheese toasties and a coffee and tea . My coffee was very week and I I asked for more coffee in my drink it looked like milky water, he bought me a cheese toastie and chips , I hadn't ordered this ,then he brought me one cheese toastie and no cutlery , I asked for cutlery and got a knife and fork we waited ages for my husband's cheese toastie and when I asked I was told I never ordered it, what happened after was awful as I had 2 waiters insisting I only ordered one , I'm 70yrs old and to have a Sean like that Infront of people was so upsetting, I was crying because they never apologised at all I will never Go here again ,a man and woman that witnessed how they was with me told me to put it all down on this page and he said he would put what he...

Tonight myself and three friends have been for our evening meal at ‘John & Joseph’s’ never in my life have I been so poorly after eating anything.

Myself and my friend both had a chicken dish to which within two hours we have both been violently sick. By 10:30 I was back at the hospital nearly collapsing in the toilet due to the share level of violent sick I was having. My partner nearly asked the hotel to call me an ambulance because it sent me funny.
