Recently been in shop for a parasol base. The type we wanted, was still badly damaged and there was only one left. Therefore not purchased. Ordered and paid for the same parasol base via the internet with the option to pick it up in Finestrat store. In the shop this remained just the damaged copy. After complaining that we paid for a new, but received a seriously damaged one, it was simply said that we should not have ordered it via the internet and that internet shop and store are two different things. While we have now experienced that it is just the same stock. Staff were absolutely not helpful. Why don't they get this copy from stock and just dare to offer it as new.
