I m want to say bad costumer service , management need attention to a employee how they are serve people , because look like leak there no team work at all and I m know what I’m saying, I m own business across Europe , and I m explained, There not much queue , all tables was full , my wife and kid go to the side and seat on bar stools , ok. I’m was go to the other site were is a ice cream service , there 3 staff serve people ok , Before me was 2-3 clients no problem , than what I m see people on other side come over and look like the staff know them and they serve them first not who is queue , very disappointing I m was waiting but no serve , even I m understand if the working both sides but my wife and son sitting and waiting for a serve but nothing , ignorant staff , Management attention to details please , other wise you will have more negative...
