a large supermarket which we really liked because of the large selection of products and other goods. But not everything can be perfect. Yesterday we bought two water pistols for a child, which turned out to be of poor quality - they did not shoot and we decided to return them. We contacted the return department right next to the checkout. We turned to the store employee in English, we also wrote about the problem using Google translator in Spanish, since the employee did not speak English at all. The employee of the store said that she could not accept the goods back because it was without a package. My husband said that packages were ordinary transparent bags and that he took them off and threw them in a trash can near the store. The store employee said that in this case she would not return the money to us. Then my husband went outside, took out a bag of garbage from the bin on the sidewalk and there at the very bottom were these bags in which there were water pistols. Husband brought these packages to a store employee. She was very surprised and upset at the same time. And she had to give us as much as 12 euros!!! 2 low-quality water pistols cost so much ... when my husband gave the packages to the store employee, he told her - be careful, they are from the trash can, please don't get dirty !! p.s. what a shame that such low moral employees work in such a good and large supermarket, allowing themselves to mock customers,...

Not acceptable customer service! Don't believe in their product guarantees! I bought a carry-on suitcase end of February this year with a 2 year guarantee. I have used it 3 times (all I could do due to Covid). Already during the first trip did the handle break. On my 2nd last trip 3 weeks ago one of the wheels broke completely off from the suitcase. When I came this week to complain I was told that there was no 2 year guarantee and my fault for not having used the suitcase correctly. I have travelled all my life all around the world without any such problems before this broke except for the previous carry-on suitcase which I also bought at Carrefour in Finestrat. For the previous one the handle also broke/stopped working. As this happened after 3 years after the 2 year guarantee, I accepted that and bought this one as a replacement only to find that none of the 2 carry-on suitcases I have bought there can handle normal use. Unfortunately I have also bought 2 large suitcases there also. So I have to hope that they will not break, because Carrefours product guarantees cannot be trusted and their customer is not up to par for such a large company :-( Carrefour Finestrat is not far from my apartment, now I will definitely avoid buying...

Wide variety of products ranging from international, standards, bargain, eco and bio. Massive variety of fresh fruit and veg of all kinds including bio. Fish and meat counters also offering national produce. Bakery with all kinds of baked goods for people with a bit of sweet tooth. Big plus is the sushi counter which you can pre-order your sushi whilst you do your shopping. It also has an electronics area where they offer all kinds of kitchen appliances, TV's, beauty gadgets and so on. There's is a garden and pet goods area too. By the entrance there is a big area where you can find a good variety of foods from around the world and a candy shop, locksmith, hair removal centre, clothes shops, hippy shop, hairdresser (wessel), optician, suitcase and bag shop, car part replacement center (feu vert) and a lottery stand. The parking is large so no problem for parking but I do warn it gets busy on weekends and festive days as it usually opens Sundays and festive days too. It is located in a commercial area so it is a walk away from many other places. Has its own bus stop and...
