We hired Palmier Catering for our wedding, including cocktail, dinner, dessert, and an open bar, and I can't say enough about how amazing the food was. Every guest at our wedding kept complimenting us on how delicious everything was! For the cocktail hour, we had a wonderful mix of Moroccan and Spanish canapés that were absolutely delicious. For dinner, we had lamb tajine, and it was by far one of the best meals we've ever had—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Even my aunties went to the chef to personally congratulate her on the incredible meal.

The staff was also fantastic—so friendly, professional, and incredibly flexible. The whole experience with Palmier Catering was truly wonderful. They promised homemade food, and they certainly delivered! I can't recommend...
