My wife and I were here recently and purchased many items that we had shipped to our home in California. One of the items showed up broken and another had a part missing. These were both expensive items. I contacted Carlos (whom I believe to me the manager and/or owner) to notify him what had happened. He said he would not claim any responsibility and when I asked if he would offer some kind of discount (out of fairness), he completely ignored me. I don't believe it is fair that I should pay full price for items that are damaged, which I now have to attempt to fix on my own, but apparently Carlos thinks this is fair.
