FANTASTIC!! I visited this store in Marbella more than 1 year ago. I was then very well and pleasantly helped by Katia. I ordered some furniture, but at the time I had no idea when our house in Valencia would be ready. It could have taken six months or maybe longer... I made that clear to Katia and Katia immediately offered the great solution for me, the service to store the furniture then for that long. Now I was able to have advantage of the promotion that was running at the time. By the end of August, the time had come for the furniture to arrive in Valencia. So it took much longer than six months. In between, we kept in touch to keep Katia, Daiana, Angela and Raquel informed. Everything was arranged perfectly by the lovely ladies of Kare Design Marbella. To this day, I am still in contact with Katia and her colleagues. Every time when I want to order new things from Kare, I send them a WhatsApp message from Valencia. And always I get a quick response. After every contact I've had with them I think to myself: "What a fantastic store with fantastic staff and what a great service!!" I am very happy with all my Kare Design furniture and decorations. One time my order which was a vase , arrived broken. I called and Katia immediately sent a new one. Recently they also offered such a thoughtful solution again!! So I am not only happy with my beautiful Kare Design stuff but also with these ladies and the service. En enero hice un pedido online,me mandaron un mensaje diciéndome que uno de los artículos no lo tenían en Stock pero que si lo tenían en almacén que si esperaba dos semanas me lo mandaban todo junto, les he dicho que sí, Al cabo de tres semanas el pedido seguía sin venir les mandé un correo al que me contestaron de inmediato y me dijeron que en cuanto saliera de almacén la empresa de reparto me enviaría un mensaje, A los días llegó el material y uno de ellos vino defectuoso se lo comuniqué a la empresa me dijeron que me enviarían unas patas de repuesto(cuando yo de antemano ya les advertí que el defecto venía en la base,no de las patas) estuve esperando una semana y media y aquí no llegó nada les mandé otro correo al que me volvieron a contestar que me mandarían las patas.
