If I could give 0 stars — I absolutely would. Time and time again, this place proves to be rock bottom. There’s no other way to describe it. Even 1 star feels too generous. Let me start with the security staff — the pinnacle of rudeness and incompetence. Uneducated, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. They have no idea how to treat guests and clearly don’t care to learn. You don’t feel like you're at a party — more like you’ve stumbled into some sketchy back alley club. The venue tries to brand itself as a "popular spot," but it's completely unfit for large events. And clearly, they don’t care — as long as the money keeps flowing. Last night, during the DJ Black Coffee party, the place was filled with 2 to 3 times more people than it should have been. Dance? Don’t even try. You can’t even stand comfortably. It felt like being crammed into a packed city bus — people pushing, bumping, spilling drinks all over. I got stepped on six times — and that’s not the crowd’s fault, that’s poor crowd control and terrible planning. But the worst part was the scam with the invitations. I was given official invites for four people from a promoter three weeks before the event. I arrived with my friends, tickets with QR codes in hand — everything official. At the door, a security guard rudely told us that “invitations aren’t valid tonight” and we’d need to buy tickets at €300 each. There were four of us — that’s €1,200 just to get in. It was a total scam. It’s obvious they hand out invitations just to trap people into paying double at the door. It’s disgusting and shady. And for what? A cramped, stuffy, overcrowded event with zero enjoyment. Just frustration, discomfort, and the clear feeling that you’ve been ripped off as hard as possible. Service — zero. Organization — zero. Integrity — negative ten. I’m never coming back, and I strongly advise others to stay away. Scammers...

This venue is not just a nightclub – it is a world-class destination for music, dining, and atmosphere, offering an immersive experience that blends luxury with creativity.

Momento feels like a fusion of an exotic jungle and an art gallery, with lush greenery, striking lighting, and unique architectural details that make the entire place feel vibrant and alive. Every corner is visually stunning, and the layout creates a sense of intimacy despite the venue’s large size.
Service throughout the evening was excellent. The staff were attentive, friendly, and professional, making sure that everything ran smoothly whether we were dining, enjoying cocktails, or moving into the club later on. The menu in the restaurant was a delight – a mix of international dishes with creative touches, beautifully presented and full of flavor. The cocktails were just as impressive: elegant, inventive, and expertly mixed.
Of course, the highlight of Momento is the music. The sound system is phenomenal, and the DJs curated a journey that kept the energy building throughout the night. The club attracts internationally renowned artists, and the crowd is stylish, cosmopolitan, and full of energy. The atmosphere is electric, but never chaotic – a perfect balance between sophistication and pure fun.

Read moreWe had an extremely disappointing experience with the door staff at this club. Their behavior was discriminatory, racist, and homophobic. We initially didn't plan to visit this club but were given wristbands and invited to come for the after-party while we were at Playa Padre Beach Club.
When we arrived with my girlfriend and our friends from the United States—a gay couple, one black and one white—they refused entry to one of our friends, citing his sneakers as the reason. Despite the fact that he was wearing expensive designer shoes worth hundreds of dollars, they claimed it was because of the shoes. However, while we were discussing this with them, they allowed others in who were wearing sneakers, Converse shoes, sandals, and even someone with shoes similar to my friend's.
It was evident that the issue wasn't the shoes but the discriminatory and homophobic attitudes of the door staff. They even started speaking in Spanish, laughing at us while we tried to understand their reasoning. It's appalling that such behavior and places still exist in 2024. Avoid this club if you don't want to deal with...
