Norte — Restaurant in Marbella

I'm 4 months pregnant and this is how I was treated by this restaurant today: my husband's order for a coffee was taken after 15 minutes of waiting - the male waiter ignored me and did not wait for me to ask for a drink. I spent a few moments in shock hoping the waiter would return and not believing that he'd simply just walked off as he did. After this I asked whether we could have vegetarian dishes for myself and a separate waiter went on a rant in Spanish before walking off and basically I left the restaurant having eaten nothing and just taken a few sips of my husband's coffee. The restaurant bring out dishes at their own pace for you to pick a piece from (at the time these were all non vegetarian and so I could not eat anything). I felt reduced to tears by how awful the staff were. Officially the worst restaurant review I have ever had to leave anyone. Don't bother coming here unless you can...

A great place to eat and just pass some time. Over 70 pintos/tapas. Serve yourself with cold ones from the bar area. Order hot ones. - or. - just sit back with your drink as the waiters continually pass through the tables with trays of different hot ones, just lift off the ones you like. Each one has a cocktail stick and at the end of your visit the sticks are added up. Great for afternoons or evenings. Haven’t tried the food. They where half full when I arrived and I had eye contact and smiled to 3 different waiters waiting for them to take my order. No one smiled back. Not a single facial reaction. I’m a kind and smiling guy and I was in a good mood. I saw other guests react to how the waiters where not kind or open. Maybe my timing was wrong but it was only 2.30pm. 🤷🏻‍♂️
