Banús Marina Mall — Local services in Marbella

Although there not a lot of shops there, but I love this mall a lot. However, indeed the LADIES TOILET got a problem because of the cleaner working there, she is very aggressive and yesterday she closed the toilet while I’m inside threatening me to call the security for no reason she asked me if I speak spanish? & said no do you speak English? She kept yelling and fussing around saying “security security” I insisted for her to open the gate so I can get out of the toilet!!!!!You can tell & it’s very clear she is only doing this to get tips from people by this behavior!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am a regular at this establishment and I've never posed a complaint until today. The shopping center overall is great but the women's bathrooms are always dirty. The best attributes of this smaller shopping mall have little to do with shopping: it's very clean here, is generally speaking well taken care of, not too busy, has a nice snack bar, is cool inside when it's boiling hot outside and it has a small lounge area to take a break when the other half does the shopping, either here or across the road in the Corte Ingles.
