Burger Bar — Restaurant in Marbella

Do not go here. This is the worst service I have ever received in a restaurant.

The waitress took the order correctly, but every order that came out of the kitchen was incorrect - missing toppings, chicken arriving instead of fish, cold food. When the burgers that were wrong were replaced, the burger was changed but the chips were not, which meant they were stone cold.

When we asked for a reasonable discount, the kitchen staff yelled/screamed at us and told us "we always get this with the English, I'm tired of you so pay what you want." This aggressive response also took place in the middle of the restaurant.

We are a group of young women who have all worked and some currently do, in the service/restaurant industry, so expect to be treated better when going out for a meal...

Not served what ordered, the air inside is horrible.

Even the waiter enters the order into the terminal it is the 3rd time we didn't receive what we ordered. Incredible low quality of the staff. They smile but don't really care.

I strongly do not recommend to sit inside when the weather doesn't allow it to sit outside. The air is horrible, the ventilation is simple to weak. Who constructed it? The ventilation is underdesigned.

You can wash the clothes after having visited it, so it's no option to go there for dinner before going out.

I think it's a pity as it could be a nice alternative but the owner and the staff don't care as apparently the main audience...

I can here a year ago during 2017 summer , I think the restaurant was recently open

We order then after 15 mins added some burgers to our order but the burgers we ordered later came before the burgers we order before

I really loved the burgers we all left the restaurant full and happy

, and now during this vacation this is my third time here , the staff are extremely friendly, the prices are reasonable, I love the chicken schnitzel, it is so delicious and crispy . If you are in Marbella or Estepona and you want to eat in a clean good service restaurant you should head to...
