Part 1: Deluca’s is just simply incredible. I’m no food critic but when I literally keep coming back for more and hoover everything off the plate time after time you know it’s a winner. This is also a family run establishment and the people are fantastic. The pasta is made fresh daily and there are some dishes so incredibly simple but elevated in a way that pleasantly surprises me each and every time. I always over order and never regret it. In my humble opinion one of the best Italian restaurants and if not one of the best restaurants in Marbella.

Part 2: 2 years on and I'm back... I sadly thought I'd lost this gem but thankfully only a relocation. WOW! I did not believe this gem could get any better... but it did... came here to celebrate my birthday today and the food is just exceptional. The staff are amazing and so patient with some of the difficult clientele and really professional. It cannot be easy. Love the people behind the food. Thank you wife for the special treat. Truly my favourite spot in all of Marbella. You and your team are...

The restaurant has recently opened, we tried to visit it today for lunch with the family. There were a couple of people in the restaurant, almost all the tables were free. The waiter did not allow us to sit at any of the tables. He said there were too many reservations. Then he began to move tables and do some of his duties. A few minutes later we asked him if we could leave? They won't seat us at a table? He said leave. For information: we ate at a neighboring establishment and returned to this restaurant to see what had changed in the half hour while we were eating. The restaurant was almost completely empty, 3 people were added....

🍽 Comida en @deluca.pasta regentada por la joven y magnífica @alba_deluca que elabora la pasta a diario en la cocina con gran calidad y las sirve con unas salsas que te llevan al súmmum del deguste placentero de esta cocina casera italiana.

➡️ Burrata artesanal(14€) tomate del terreno cherry y semi seco 🔝 Altamente recomendable

➡️ Melanzane parmigiana (13€) berenjena, salsa pomodoro, mozzarela, parmesano y albahaca nos ha sorprendido su suavidad y sabor fino, a un 🔆🔆🔆nivel insuperable 🔝 Altamente recomendable

➡️ Mafaldine (17,5€) Ragú de cerdo picante y pecorino, quizás el de menos nivel pero no por ello correcto y muy aceptable, la pasta perfecta en frescura y al dente

➡️ Caramelle (17€) relleno de pera y cebolla caramelizada fundida con gorgonzola, Nivel Dios supremo Total, ese relleno es para dioses a un 🔆🔆🔆nivel in superable

➡️ Ravioli (18€) relleno de calabaza asada, mascarpone y mantequilla de salvia, de nuevo Dios baja a este plato para bendecirlo, espectacular salsa y relleno uno de los mejores sin duda a un 🔆🔆🔆nivel in superable

➡️ Bucatini(16€) pesto de pistachos y burratina , máximo nivel y sabor, increíble mezcla del pistacho y exquisito deguste y a un 🔆🔆🔆nivel in superable

➡️ Tiramisú (7€), sin ningún lugar a dudas el mejor que he probado en los últimos años, nivel Dios en todo, textura, sabor, y a un 🔆🔆🔆nivel in superable

📌🍴Calificación 10 de 10, en categoría italianos en Marbella, no es un sitio de mantel de lino y cubierto de plata, es un sitio de comida italiana del máximo nivel con una pasta increíble.
