Wandering thru’ Nerja Old Town along Calle Almirante Ferrandiz, we saw a lady in an open shop front, who was stirring a cauldron / pot over a stove . She kindly beckoned us over and offered a selection of samples of nuts and sweets . The store was “SABOR A ESPAÑA” ( Flavour of Spain ) …… DELICOIOUS !!! On looking around the spotless store, the well stocked shelves were bright and attractive . Offerings were delightfully packaged tasty and attractive edible souvenirs of España . Menudas bordes las chicas y antipatícas por que entre a la tienda, salude con educación y pregunte si era comida de pájaro, en broma claro esta, estaban cortando unas placas como de unos frutos secos tipo alpiste con caramelo y una de las chicas me dijo de mala baba, es comida de personas también, ya viendo la actitud cogí les dije buenas tardes y me fui. Yo entiendo que por esa tienda que está en una calle super comercial pasa de todo tipo de gente y más a mi favor, si un negocio quieres que funcione ponle ganas y simpátia. Y a las trabajadoras, si estáis cansadas de ese curro es fácil, cambiar, pero yo o cualquier persona lo que menos quiere es una mala respuesta. No compre nada, pero si tenía alguna intención ahora si que no...

Great store, the smell from the street is so inviting, and once you enter, there are so many delicious things to buy, and great service from the staff working there. I will definitely return to get some more things to take...
