The most adorable shop with a good variety of souvenirs. However it was the woman working in the morning of 12/1/23 that really needs the praise! She was amazing even told me about the brand and went above and beyond and provide me a list of the best sights in town to visit and even restaurants to try. For the first time on this trip I skipped the tourist office because she truly gave me such a wealth of information. I’m for ever grateful for her hospitality and generosity. I can’t wait to share the souvenirs I bought with my friends and tell them to visit the website to learn more about the art work. The customer service here was exceptional. Tienda original y única tienda física que hay abierta de la marca! Nos atendió Maite que fue majísima con nosotros! Tienen muchísimos productos, incluso autóctonos! Maite nos dijo que la tienda está abierta los 365 días del año y que el reloj de su fachada, que cuenta los días que faltan para que llegue la fiesta de San Fermín el 07 de julio, no es exactamente el primero que pusieron cuando se inauguró la tienda pero que nunca lo han quitado! Que es el reloj de referencia de la ciudad y que tienen en cuenta incluso los días de los años que son bisiesto! Si vuelvo por Pamplona, volveré a visitar a Maite porque nos encantó lo bien...
