Mimi Regalos — Local services in Salou

Store was fun and quirky, not the highest quality items in the world but not as poor as some people pretend they are, staff were incredibly friendly and were able to take a joke and have fun as we return time and time again while on our short holiday to the town, also was fun to have a bit of a cheery atmosphere as a lot of the stores tend to try drag you in and try keep you around in an uncomfortable manner, whereas Mimi Regalos had us returning again and again for the hospitality and fun trinkets :)

(Don’t mind my father staggering around outside, he loves the place dearly, was drunk on the atmosphere previously mentioned, and not the second hand cannabis smoke from the looky looky...

We’ve been visiting this shop for 3 years in a row during our holidays in Salou, and every time it’s a wonderful experience. It’s a warm family-run business where you’re always welcomed with a smile and great service. We’ve bought beautiful engraved jewelry here, as well as fun keychains and unique souvenirs. Everything is high quality and made with care. For us, this is the go-to place in Salou. highly recommended!

Mi familia de vacaciones estuvieron en esta tienda,grabaron algunas palabras en un llavero y se saltó una cifra.Les acompañe para ver si se podía arreglar ya que no hablan español, incluso si hacía falta pagamos,por lo menos era la idea.Pero jamás me imaginé que hay gente que pretende vivir del turismo, y que serian tan groseros,violentos y tan maleducadas.Empezo a gritar la mujer,tiro el producto al suelo,insultos racistas a mi , también a mi cuñado italiano,empezaron a grabar a sus hijos menores con el móvil todo con la escusa de que les acuse de que era su culpa.Todo lo quería era hablar,hacerle ver de qué vivo y trabajo aquí, que teníamos que contribuir a preservar una buena imagen de Salou para los visitantes,ya vivimos del turismo,pero no me dejaron ni terminar la frase,para ellos fue ofensivo.En fin no lo recomendó porque si tenéis un problema no os lo solucionarán tuve que llamar la poli por nuestro seguridad.Ha sido mi peor experiencia en salou y todo por algo que en la tienda de al lado del tropical te lo hacen por 5€,sea cobran más caro y son bordes.
