Worst customer service EVER. Purchased helium balloons yesterday at 16:00h, this morning, the first were already on the floor and by 12, all 9 were on the floor (besides the 2 biggest ones).

They charge an ridiculous 3.50€ per balloon to be inflated!!! I went back and asked for a 'bono' as I know those shops don't do refunds - the manager (a Spanish women) told me I had to go back home to get the balloons and she'll refill them instead. I told her that if the products (balloons) were of a bad quality, refilling them would have the same effect, but that was the ONLY thing she was offering me and literally told me to 'take it or leave it'.

Her offer was a complete insult (I spent over 65€ in there, mainly on the balloons!) and I will definitely NOT RECOMMEND this shop to anyone.

Instead, I can very much recommend the 2 story Chinese shop next to the Mercadona / Desnudos (on Avda de Galdár) for a great service and the same products (most even cheaper!) and for balloons, I would recommend Carolan Party shop on the first floor in the Bellavista Shopping Center. After being treated like an absolute a** in this shop, I will NEVER come here...

Después de mucho tiempo comprando en este establecimiento, tengo que decir que hoy ha sido una gran decepción. Hemos comprado unas botellas de cristal y metal para poner aceite y vinagre y se salía el producto continuadamente. Lo hemos llevado a la tienda, y en un primer momento, después de hacer comprobaciones con agua, nos han dado un producto nuevo. Pero al usarlo en casa, ha vuelto a pasar lo mismo. El producto se sigue saliendo. Parece ser, que entre el metal y el cristal, queda algún espacio abierto. Al volver a la tienda, la encargada duda de lo que le comentamos. Nos ha mandado al baño, dándonos una llave para que lo llenemos de agua de nuevo y poder comprobar delante de ella. Mientras usaba palabras y frases despectivas, haciendo ver qué ahora que va a hacer con el producto si no funciona. Le hemos dejado el producto allí y no hemos cogido ni el vale, ni ningún otro. Es una lástima y una vergüenza que traten al cliente así, por 8 euros. Cuando saben que hemos gastado mucho durante esta época de compras navideñas. Ya nos han perdido como clientes, obviamente. Y por supuesto, expresaré mi malestar y lo sucedido a la gente que conozco y que frecuenta dicho establecimiento. Estoy discapacitado y necesitaba un destornillador para arreglar mi silla de ruedas, y tomé un taxi hasta la tienda, y había mucha gente todavía dentro de la tienda, y me dijeron que la tienda iba a cerrar, pero dije que solo era un minuto de distancia. Pero no me dejaron entrar, no hicieron nada para ayudarme a existir, pero no soy nada sin silla de ruedas, y ellos lo saben, y estoy afuera escribiendo esto y aún no está cerrado.
