I was the first person to come today. The entrecôte was not tasty. In fact after thinking it was simply awful for a place like this. In reality it was prepared to fast with parts burned to chalk. I asked sin sangra - they gave me a plastic thing.
It felt like it was yesterday prepared, kept in the fridge , and today it was only heated on the plate and then served.
I am sorry to say this , seeing the good other reviews, but I can’t lie!
And paying €28 for this one single plate - was totally and definitely overpriced. The worst meet I had in many years!
Hard to chew and swallow.
So sorry guys, if you want to invite me to eat the second time in your Ricon, for free , this has to be better. There are a lot of alternatives around.
And people who give reviews, please do not mix Ricon Maestra and Guachinche Maestra. Guachinche has more people and other type of price.
There should be difference between them. I was expecting some thing good and was not satisfied. Very sorry for this!

I am replying to your answer below. For me there is no reason to lie, even though that you’re trying to tell me this. this is my opinion as the quality of meat was awful. It’s not important how and what you do. It’s important how the client sees it. And also, I forgot to say that nearly 1/3 of the meat served, I couldn’t even chew because it was full of ligaments. But I had to leave them on the plate. Because the meat was prepared very fast, nearly burned on the stove, they were very hard to eat.
Look it’s better we don’t continue this. There are a lot of errors in your Ricon… Your working staff was friendly but they did not ask me do I need any more napkins. Only 1 (one) napkin was presented with the knife and fork. In cafeteria on the petrol station they have more napkins on the table in a dispenser. No souse was presented with the meat, or asked did i need any , possibly you don’t have any? And all this for a dish for €28. Come on , maybe you have a good client team that puts positive reviews, but this is my first time in your establishment and this is my honest opinion. And OK, yes maybe you used to have quality meat, but look, then the cook in the kitchen, who killed the meat , and made an expensive dish feel like plastic or rubber is to be blamed...
