WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I purchased some items while I was in Spain and were delivered on time. I made a second order to be shipped to Canada (where I reside) and I got charged the extra shipping which is fine. The dissapointment came from seeing how Lourdes handles the customer service. I never got the delivery and I have reached out 10 times over the past months and they keep on saying they made a claim with the courier service. What frustrates me is that as a company they dont give any solution to their customers if the package doest arrive! I have asked for a REFUND or STORE CREDIT and they keep ignoring me and not finding a solution for the customers. HONESTLY so dissapointment. For me this company is...

So tiny, so colourful and soooo wonderful!!! The shop, the energy inside, the creations and the owner are simply amazing: she is so kind and lovely, very patience and she helped me a lot... she created a totally unique and personalized crown of flowers and I couldn't be happier... literally!!!
