Then, after the purchase, they will give you 10% off ONE item. This is the only shop in Toledo where a receipt is not given for tax refund. They are pocketing the money. When asked for the tax refund receipt, the sales lady refused and was extremely rude- pointing her finger as if we were crazy....

Compré aquí por las buenas reseñas que tenía pero bueno supongo que me tocó a mí la mala experiencia… hice un pedido online de una katana de Rukia Kuchiki de bambú el miércoles 03/09, estaba en stock y según su página los pedidos tardan en llegar 24/72h días laborables una vez preparados, les mandé un email el martes 09/09 para que me actualizasen sobre el estado del pedido ya que no sabía nada, casualmente me respondieron el día siguiente que estaba “en tránsito”, que se acababa de enviar, imagino que se olvidarían de mí pedido, bueno hasta ahí venga no me hubiese quejado… pero es que me llegó el jueves 11/09 y llegó sucísima, la hoja llena de polvo y roña y huele fatal, el mango como con restos de pegamento, en general nada cuidada, parece que la tenían por ahí de exposición desde hace tiempo y ha sido la primera que han cogido para quitárselo de encima.. lo siento pero tengo katanas de AliExpress mejores, me ha decepcionado bastante por las buenas reseñas de la tienda y el precio que tiene encima bastante cara, me esperaba totalmente otra cosa, pero vamos primera y última compra...
