Teteria Dar Al Chai — Restaurant in Toledo

Amazing selection of teas - and coffee! We ordered a café bombón (espresso with condensed milk) and a black tea with milk, vanilla, cardamom and cinnamon. The environment inside is very chilled and cozy, I loved the Turkish tea room decor - the only thing I would change is the music to complete the whole atmosphere (like Arabian music, if you know what I mean). The service was really good as well, both waitresses...

We were here as a group of 4 people. The waitress took our order and later on brought one wrong dish. As we notified her about that she insisted that we ordered what she brought - which is completely unfriendly and weird as we wanted something else. She didnt apologize and also didnt want to bring us the correct food. I am a fluent spanish speaker so communication was no problem... No recommendation...

Empezaré diciendo que el lugar estéticamente está genial. Al tratarse de una tetería obviamente está ambientado en la cultura árabe y su interior es precioso. El local está muy limpio, ofrece wifi gratis a los clientes, prensa y buena playlist de "hilo musical". En cuanto a las chicas que trabajan allí, a cada cual más maja. Son agradables, activas y muy atentas: se preocupan por el cliente y ofrecen un buen servicio. Además de las "cachimbas" de agua que allí puedes tomar, o té natural de muchos sabores, (que puedes comprar al peso) refrescos, tapas elaboradas, cañas, etc., tienen unas tostadas en pan de mollete para morirse, a muy buen precio, y más si se piden con la oferta del desayuno. Si eres cliente habitual, te hacen una tarjetita, en la que van sellando tus desayunos y el décimo te invitan sin restricciones. He de añadir que al estar cercana a la Escuela de Arte Toledo, es frecuentado por profes y alumnos de ésta, haciendo del local un espacio distinguido y con muy buen rollo. Finalmente, y por poner un -pero-, es que cobran un pequeño suplemento por atender en terraza, pero se lo merecen por lo bien que lo hacen. Chapeau!...
