Do NOT buy online if you’re not absolutely sure of your size. I ordered an ultra warm thermal shirt to someone as a gift and when it arrived of course the person opened the package and tried it on. It didn’t fit. Website says you can’t make exchanges through them, so we went to a store to do it. There they said it couldn’t be exchanged if the package was open due to hygiene reasons, and that they have “test” shirts on the store for you to try on before you buy. Well, I can point out two things here about that: 1) what’s the point of selling them online if you have to try them on at the store first (I could just get one at the store at that point, but gifting in the other hand would suck since it wouldn’t be a surprise) and 2) isn’t there a hygiene issue with everyone trying on the same shirts at the store? Or is is just with the one I tried on at home? I’ve been buying clothes online for many years now and never had an issue with exchanges. Anyways, now I’m stuck with a 399kr shirt that doesn’t fit and apparently can’t do anything about it. When trying to return online I see they even have an extra 29kr fee to do so, which also was never charged on other websites. They should at least have a warning at their website if they don’t do exchanges/returns. Clothes are good but their customer service...
Read moreJust wanted to drop a few lines about my latest shopping experience at Uniqlo on Hamngatan street in Stockholm. Honestly, it was nothing less than outstanding, and I owe a massive thanks to this amazing employee, Lucina.
So, here's the story. I found this really cool pair of jeans, but darn it, they were too long for me. I was told they could adjust the length, but not until the next day. A total bummer, as I had a flight to catch early in the morning, so no chance of picking them up.
Just as I was about to walk out, disappointed, Lucina caught up with me. She said she'd found some time to get the jeans adjusted that very day, and they'd be ready in just 3 hours. I mean, how awesome is that? She didn't have to do it, but she went out of her way to help me. Plus, she was super nice and we had a really good chat.
Fast forward three hours, and voila, my jeans were ready as promised! Lucina had already finished her shift, so I didn't get a chance to thank her. The adjustment was spot on, just perfect.
So, this review is to say a huge thank you to Lucina and Uniqlo for their excellent service and quality products. You made my day, Lucina! Also, Uniqlo, if you're reading this, we could really use one of your stores in Prague....

There are a few staffs there who are not friendly at all. My problem with them is each of them decide independently. I have bought a jacket, and I forgot the receipt. The first last told it is ok, come with print of bank. The next time other lady, did not accept the bank print and asked to return with the receipt! The third time the new lady told ok, you have the recipe but it is after 30 days of purchase (and tag was still on it,I didn't use it) so I can't help you!
