Truly disappointing. One star for the cocktails and the fact we were refunded for the awful food. Waiting staff were perfectly ok. Sushi wrapped in plastic possibly prepared the day before. Inedible grey food.

We eat out several times a week and enjoy good food, excited to try Tako but were disappointed. We booked to sit at the sushi bar as we normally enjoy watching the kitchen.

After seeing no fresh food prep and several large trays of pre made sushi sitting under cellophane we decided to order only a few things. The sushi is made well in advance (or bought premade) - there were three or four large trays of sushi wrapped in plastic sitting on the side at the “sushi bar”, more out in the corridor. Trays of pre cut sashimi balanced on the shelves. Trays of pre fried tempura ready to be heated up again. Nothing fresh or on ice.

We tried the beef tataki but it was grey and could not be considered tataki. The edamame were edible. We didn’t order any more food, totally put off by this.

Looking over at the hot kitchen the chefs were just standing around doing nothing. Presumably waiting for things to be reheated before they were served. No food being made fresh. Incredibly bizarre.

The place was packed giving a positive vibe in the restaurant area and cocktails we had at the bar before were well made. If you want an “cool” vibe and will be just eating edamame then maybe you could enjoy it. If you want to eat food then avoid this place.

We left and had to eat elsewhere which was...

When we arrived we had to wait almost 40 minutes for our table. Once seated there was only a nonchalant "sorry" for the delay which could be suitable for a 5-10 min delay.

Once seated we were handed the menus and then had to wait another 15-20 minutes to have our order taken. Once the waitress came around she asked if we were ready to order.

When the first person started ordering she was told that she should order more because it was a pre-course considered dish only. I then responded saying that we probably need a bit more time to order because no one had come to explain the menu to us, to which she replied that, that's why she's there...

Once we had made our order we was told that they were out on the food so half of our company could not get what they wanted.

We ordered waguy beef and only got two serving of that and the other two were exchanged to rib eye. The food was a disappointment. The rib eye was chewy and the waguy beef was not the best I have tried and I could get better at ICA supermarket.

The staff was not trained accordingly and every time we had a question they had to get someone else to answer and we were not noticed at all and were left as long as 20-30 minutes without anyone asking us if we needed service.

As a finale of this experience is a toilet clustered in toilet paper all over the floors.

I am very disappointed in...

We ordered 5 dishes. First one was Takoyaki and it wasn’t even warm. It was undercooked and no octopus taste. The second one was Endamame. It was good and we liked that they added chili in the bowl. The third one was Pork bun. This one was the best one. The bun was soft and the pork was juicy. The fourth one was shrimps on sticks. It was ok. You can smell the smoke on the shrimps which was pretty nice. The last one was Korean set (cost like 800 ish). This one was very bad. You will need a new set of kidneys after you eat this. It’s salty to the point that we had to drink a lot of water. Rice that came with the set was very dry. The Korean sauce is normally salty and you have this pork which also very salty. They don’t go together.

And the drinks
we ordered 2 glasses of beer and other drinks. The beer came in a very small glasses. Everything is overpriced. Food quality is very low and the price is very high.

The atmosphere was very nice. The staff were very nice. Definitely won’t come...

Excellent asian fusion restaurant with a cozy modern setting and delicious food. The restaurant is in a basement beyond an unassuming door to the street and features perfectly cooked dishes that play with different flavors and textures in every bite. This is particularly prominent in the delicious salmon tartar, which contrasts the smooth mouth feel of salmon with string-like potato chips, and in the bao buns, which combine velvety soft dough with perfectly fried meat. The decor is a mix of new and old, with water features, plants and traditional-looking asian dividing walls, mixed with modern lighting and even some neon and seating sections that look almost futuristic

I just can say: OMG!!! In my social media status I called the entry door: door to heaven on earth đŸ€© when you don’t know this place the entrance might be hard to find, but when you open the door you enter a whole new world. A great atmosphere, nice and funny service and the food
. Seriously
I am missing the right words as I know what good food is, but this was clearly outstanding and 5 stars are not enough ⭐ we shared a variety of food and it started with the Edamame which was extremely tasty made with sesame seeds and spices. When you are in town make sure to stop by - it will enrich your life
